Katoomba has two double bedrooms, a cosy living room with underfloor heating and a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. It also has a large decking area with comfortable rattan furniture - the perfect place to relax after a day on the stunning beach.

Bedroom 2
Double Bed with wardrobe area, chest of drawers and dressing table.
Lounge
Two (new for 2023) double reclining leather sofas. Smart TV, patio doors to decking, dining table for four.
Kitchen
Recently installed, fully equipped kitchen with full size double oven and hob, microwave oven and washing machine and Tassimo coffee pod machine. The fridge has a small freezer compartment.
Bathroom
Recently installed with electric shower and wall heater.
Outside
Gated decking with outside rattan furniture. Washing line.
Your beds will be made with crisp white bed linen.
Bath and hand towels are provided but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels.
Electricity is provided, with newly installed underfloor heating.
Unlimited superfast WiFi with a Smart TV.
Please note that we do not have Electric Vehicle Charging facilities.
Due to the nature of the site we do not allow XL Bullys or any dogs that are banned under the Dangerous Dogs Act, this also includes cross breeds of any dangerous dogs.
We provide a small welcome pack with biscuits, tea, coffee and milk.
